By the end of this lesson
- Tell an opinion verb from a verb that only reports an action, and use that to find who thinks what.
- Attribute every position to the right person, and track the journalist's own stance separately.
- Settle a vrai ou faux item against the exact wording of one line, with nothing to justify.
- Find a precise fact with seven question words, and answer from the article instead of from what you know.
- Work out an unknown word from a paraphrase in the text, from its word family, or from its prefix.
