Designing the monologue
Fifteen minutes of build, then five for the débat. Turn your question into arguments, pick one of two plans, then write the opening and the ending in full.
By the end of this lesson
- Turn each position into five key words, then into arguments that each carry their own example.
- Order your arguments strongest first, and keep one example back for the débat.
- Choose between the plan analytique and the plan thématique by what the document actually contains.
- Write an introduction in four moves: constat, tension, problématique, plan.
- Close on a position, a two-line synthesis and, if the clock allows, one wider question.
