Form filling without fear
Ten points, about ten minutes, and not one full sentence to write. How to read a field, copy without slipping, and invent the rest.
By the end of this lesson
- Read a field by its shape and know at once what kind of answer it wants.
- Decide, before you write, whether a field is copied from the page or supplied by you.
- Apply the conventions of a French official form, from XXXX to the ten-digit phone number.
- Pull the right facts out of a source letter, and work out the ones the form never states.
