Timetables, deadlines and work emails

Work documents pack five clocks into a few lines. Here's how to keep every time beside its own action, and split old hours from new ones.

By the end of this lesson

  • Attach every time in a work document to the action it belongs to, instead of the first date you meet.
  • Read the 24-hour clock in writing, and tick the clock face that matches a written time.
  • Separate old hours from new hours when one short paragraph carries both.
  • Match two different conditions to the two different actions they open.
  • Answer a question from a weekly grid by crossing the day column with the hour row.
