Who speaks, and how they feel
Three or four voices, one questionnaire. Keep track of who says what, where each one stands, and the tone running through the document.
By the end of this lesson
- Keep a two-column list of speakers and their functions while the recording plays.
- Infer a speaker's job from their vocabulary and their angle when nobody states it.
- Sort each speaker into enthousiaste, nuancé or critique on evidence you actually heard.
- Recognise an ironique, polémique or didactique tone from its audible markers.
- Tell an opinion marker from a plain report, then pick the paraphrase that keeps every nuance.
